Health and Personal Update:

Some of you may remember the really bad hives I had last July, the attack almost killed me but they managed to get me hooked to an IV with meds as well as inject two epipens into me.
I haven't had anything that bad since, but I have had the hives for probably the last three years now. My allergist has just (as of this Tuesday) finally "diagnosed" me with Chronic Urticaria (hives.)
I am currently on 6 pills a day: 2 Zantac and 4 Zyrtec. I can tell my body doesn't like the chemicals from the pills, and now that she's diagnosed me, my doctor wants me on more serious medicine.
To be clear, I am doing better than I was on the Allegra 4x a day and am still having hives through the meds... But the reason she wants me on more serious medicine is because of the hives ITCHING. This doesn't even happen every day.
And yet, she's pushing (I've worked in sales, I know a sales pitch when I see one) a shot on me that they use to help people who suffer from leprosy. A shot that I would have to do testing before hand to see if my body could even handle the side effects. A shot that could cause me to go into anaphylactic shock at any time after taking it.
The other option, is a anti-depressant that is also an antihistamine. The main issue with this one, is that it is a tranquilizer. I've been struggling with fatigue and drowsiness from the weaker meds... So that really concerns me.
I'm not really sure which route I am going to take yet, although I am leaning toward getting a second opinion. So please, be patient with me. I am sorry for working so slowly. I may have to step away from commission work altogether for a bit, if I do have to move onto one of these two medications. I will finish whatever work I start, or receive money for though. I promise.

OP
Yeah, I don't have many good ones at the moment judging by just the opinion of this allergist. I may seek a second opinion to be honest. :/

I'd say that's a good idea.
