Help on finding a certain art kind of program!

Hi I need help finding something! A while back I think I had seen it on here or FB or something. But I cant find it any more.
There was a certain program you could download and it would time you art. It would stop whenever you left the drawing program you selected for it to time. So if i left SAI it would stop counting. Then if you were AFK for 5 minutes or something on your drawing program it would stop too!
I would love to have that to time how much it actually takes to color some of the more harder things I color. If anyone could helper me find this thing I would appreciate it so much!
