I had a Toll I didnt know I had

Well suddenly got a toll tag in mail. And apparently it was second notice! So just great! Its $39 now instead of $4 like it hsould had been. I had no idea I had one to pay. I fucking hate this country ass mail that a lot gets lost and never to us. WTF great. Welp I wont get to see my boyfriend for next two weeks. Because his car will be in the shop for 2 weeks and I will have absolutely no money for gas now. And I have to pay it before 'Legal Action' Is taken. Just great. I hate my life.
