I can think of maybe one idea, where one of your characters, I suppose probably Snow since it's a similar sort of gag, Is dressed up with an apron in a workshop/wood working sort of situation. She could be asking someone (or the viewer) "How's your hammer hanging?" with her apron visibly bulging from something underneath. Then she could pull it aside, and reveal it's literally a hammer hanging from a belt ;p

Comedy writing is tough! Hope you get something though, you have done pretty well so far~

A simple but funny idea is one of your male characters doing something kinky or dirty, female character walks in on him. From there she can crack a one liner, close the door slowly in embarrassment or get mad at him for not letting her know.

Its a simple setup and it can go anyway you like :)

I can usually can think up a funny idea but I guess it works when I know characters personalities the best, like my own. I am sure something will come to you though :)

Can also maybe trying using funny lines from shows and have your characters play them out.
