TOS FOR COMMISSIONS/CHARACTER SALE/TRADES

These are the Terms Of Service regarding what I will or will not do.
Please read all of these carefully and follow them respectfully.Art Related Rules:What I do draw:General Furries

What I don't draw:Anything that violates the Rules or T.O.S. of this website.
If it violates, I do not draw it here or anywhere else.
If you do not know what those rules are, please check the bottom of the webpage for a link.
If you request that I draw something that violates the rules or T.O.S., I will not hesitate to block you.Most Fetish Art (I don't care for drawing fetishes.)
Sexual Content (This means anything of sexual nature.)
Anything Involving Bodily Fluids or Excrement (That means anything other than blood from cuts/wounds.)
Excessive Gore (Guts, Exposed Bones, ect.)
Mechanical Characters (I don't have experience in this yet.)
Humans (I can't draw them very well, so no, not as a commission as of yet.)
General Information: * = Exception- If you have a problem, handle it in a note please.
- I do NOT draw my OCs in pictures with other peoples OCs anymore.
* Unless, they are one of my best friends or someone I know in person.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission if I am too busy, or if it violates the TOS.
- I don't work by written descriptions of a character for commissions. (Because it may not end up the way you wanted.)
* In the case of custom designs, I require a description to create the character.
- If you want a commission please send me a note/PM.
- Overly complicated designs or pictures may cost more than those with less detail.
- You are not authorized to distribute my art to other sites without my written permission.
(You may only post to your gallery on FA if you credit me with a link to my page in the artist comments)
- Please do not complain if something is off on the image, please tell me in a note and I'll do my best to fix it.
- Do NOT hound me about when your commission will be completed unless you want a scribble.
(Please remember, I work at my own pace and would hope that each of you can respect that.)
I am usually fairly quick to finish commissions unless life or personal issues slow me.
I do not generally work under deadlines as they put pressure on me to finish faster and create unnecessary stress.
- You will not receive the artwork until payment is sent. (I will send up to 3 WIPs if they are asked for and no more than that or I will charge a fee.)
- Please send your reference sheets and description of what is happening in the picture to me in a note.
- All payments must be made via PayPal. Must be payments in USD only.
- Full refunds are only possible if the picture is still in the sketch or early lineart stages.
(With the exception of customs or YCH slots as they are completed at a much faster rate).
- Do NOT remove my signature from artwork or designs. Offenders will be reported.
- Do NOT Resell a character design for more than you paid for unless there is a decent amount art purchased separately of said character.
- You may trade or gift the design to someone else as its design belongs to you once you have bought it.
- Do NOT claim that you created the picture/design, I work very hard on all of my art I will not hesitate to report offenders.
- I will not accept redrawing an entire scenery from the ground up without some type of payment for the time lost in the process.
This goes the same with drawing entire poses or characters from the ground up as well.
- As stated above, I do NOT work by specified deadlines unless something was agreed upon prior to the beginning of the drawing in a note.
Character Sale, Edit, and Trade Rules: 1:1 Any Character that is gifted to you from me can not be sold for money without my permission.
Any who are caught doing this will be blocked. These people will also therefor be barred from future purchases/trades.
1:2 You may trade characters which were obtained from me. Please do not sell them for money if you didn't pay with real money for them.
(Unless you have purchased additional artwork during your ownership of the character. Personal artwork does not add to total value.)
1:3 If you paid for the character, it is yours and you may sell it for up to the original price unless you have purchased additional artwork of this character from other artists.
2:1 Please contact me before you change one of my preexisting character's designs or gender after purchasing or trading for one of them.
I am sometimes personal with some of my creations. I will let you know specifically if I would prefer that character to stay the same as they were or if I don't mind them being changed to whatever is desired.
I am not this way with most of them, but there are some characters that are very old or are personal in some way which I may prefer to stay as they were for the most part.
(Excluding new backstories, families, likes/dislikes, personalities, and things of that nature.) Keep this in mind for future reference.
*As for custom designs or adopts that were premade that I have no personal attachments to are exempt from number 2:1.
* If you purchase artwork of a character that was traded to you from me, the character will gain the value of the art which was purchased.
So if you pay $10 for artwork, the character is then worth $10 and so on. This way, characters with no value at first can be sold later, If no artwork was purchased the character must be traded only.
