ASMR Emergency - Please help me with video editing stuffs

Hey all! 
here.
I finally got a proper setup for asmr, including my mic I was already using, and a new Logitech c930 cam. It is advertised as doing hd but its performance isn't top quality. My problem is that I know it can be a little bit better if I use a webcam recording software that forces hd. I also need a software that will let me use a separate microphone and camera, because my cam has a mic that I need to be able to disable.
My -biggest- problem is youtube butchering my vid quality when I upload. It speeds up the video and cuts off the audio. Sometimes it lowers the quality to 144p ;_______;

Also have you only watch your videos right away when you upload them? Cause it takes a while before its coming on HD

Okay, that helped with the quality significantly, an yes, now I have the option to set it to hd so that issue is fixed.
I am still having the issue with the video going super fast and getting ahead of the audio

Also what editor you using with?
but I normally edit with sony vegas 8
