So for those who don't know because they don't follow Araxiel on his page, I have a shiny new job. I am working part time (25 ish hours a week) as an operator for an answering service here where we live.

This was a very good thing because we really needed the money. We almost lost our apartment and just so many bad things were happening... We should have been going through hell, but through it all we supported each other, encouraged each other, and generally were just exactly what the other person needed us to be in each moment. I have never before had a relationship in which I felt like I had a true partner...

Apparently this low point in our daily lives was the catalyst to my darling Rax realizing that we are perfectly perfect for each other and are always each other's high point... Because he proposed!! Before I even had a job!

He got down on one knee, and told me that he would always be there for me and would always support me no matter what.

Of course I said yes. I'd have been a complete idiot not to. So yeah... EEEEEEK!!!!! >^.^<

We decided on a Halloween wedding and we are doing it this year because, why wait? I can't wait to spend every minute of the rest of my life married to this amazing and wonderful man who loves and treasures me... For the first time, I can actually picture myself growing old with this one person, and not just some shadowy "figure of someone"...

As to the job, it's AWESOME!!! The people there are just an incredible group and I'm quickly making friends with most of my co-workers. I'm only three days on the job and I'm already on the phones and have about half the client list that I get to answer for...

They like me so much that they called me today (on my day off) at the usual time for the start of my shift saying "Seldom?! Where are you?! Oh wait... It's Tuesday! Sad.... We miss you!!"

Life is happy, I'm engaged and I have a kick ass new job with awesome people. >^.^<
