the only place that would ever consider calling themselves a kingdom in north America would be Utah.
HCKNA would most likely become a more idealized version of the USA
South America would still have at most 5 countries
Central America maybe 2 countries
North America I could see 4.

Europe, yeah maybe a more formalized version of the EU (which is currently struggling to keep all of its members together)

Egypt, it has been Egypt an extremely long time, very doubtful it would be anything but an independent nation.
As for uniting large portions of Africa....It would take a whole lot of negotiations and serious events to force cooperation into the handful that map shows.

The Middle East: I would suspect, even with a 10th the population, it would still be highly fragmented as it is now. Those borders have not changed too much in the last 4000 years.

Asia, I would rather think Russia would keep its territory and absorb part of Mongolia, China would likely take out Korea and part of the Malaysian peninsula.

India and Pakistan would likely remain their present size.

Japan, and Oceania would keep their respective borders.
