Feel the game!
Basically, what this is is a list of things like "coolest, cutest, creepiest" etc. A little bit of info is included. Each character is allowed one award. Official characters only- Wobble will not be on this list.

Rasis is the captain of the battleship NEMSYS and the game's mascot.
Cutest: Human: Kino Anzu http://p.eagate.573.jp/game/sdvx/ii.....ndex.html#kino
Kino's always getting hurt and stuff. She plays guitar and wants to be a composer. She has the coolest bodyguard ever, too. My guess is that this little cutie pie is probably just a little clumsy, because that guardian of hers is way too goo at his job.
Nonhuman: Space Diver TAMA and the Tamacats!!! http://p.eagate.573.jp/game/sdvx/ii.....ndex.html#tama
TAMA YO MAMA! Tama comes from a planet where everything is cats. It's probably either Cat Planet or a planet from Meteos Wars called Limotube. Tamacats randomly generate from small singularities and rifts and gather to form larger rifts. They're also super mischievous.

Kanade is Western Tokyo's best chef and seems to know exactly what her customers will like! She's infamous for the time it got too hot and her AC broke and she decided to wear a tiny bikini while cooking. Has also managed to make Kino's bodyguard smile- no small feat!
Grumpiest: Fukuryu http://p.eagate.573.jp/game/sdvx/ii.....x.html#fukuryu
Fukuryu is actually from China like his silly sister Tsubaki. I have never once seen him smile, as opposed to every other character. He seems to hate everything and realizes nothing ever makes any sense in Voltex Japan.

Tsubaki is Fukuryu's sister! She's always extremely energetic and cheerful, but is like a bull in a china shop (no pun intended) wherever she goes and ends up destroying things. The Kung-Fu Siblings most likely represent Yin/Yang.
Quietest: MAD†HOLIC http://p.eagate.573.jp/game/sdvx/ii.....tml#psychopass
He's completely insane. He comes from a lost civilization that has been destroyed, with only a few shellshocked survivors. MAD has been locked up underground, sending out messages to the above world… in the form of cat emotes.

First off, my first impression of SHION was wrong: She's female!
She doesn't look like she'd be as silly as she is, but ohhhhhh boy. Dropping in through the ceiling. Obsessed with vending machines. Her dialogue. She is DEFINITELY a little scrambled.

The only thing I really know about her is that she's the personification of a chemical compound. Everyone loves her.

I used to be completely terrified of BOF. Now I love him. He's always getting slapped around and beat up, he's a total pervert, and one of his songs is extremely hardcore and contains a Sound Voltex meme: KEEP THE CHAIN!
And finally. Last but not least. Oh, no, DEFINITELY NOT LEAST. NEVER LEAST. Always the best, always #1, always at the top. Always, always, ALWAYS!!!
