Does anyone else have a number of notes in their notifications, but when checked there is no new notes to be seen?

People have said the same thing as you, along with submissions too.Apparently there's a "counter glitch" that happened after the site went down.
Activity that was in-between the time were the site was restored back too, an when the site went down, is not restored.
So people that I watched, or watched me, was undone.
An submissions between the restoration, and the downed site were erased from the site.
Things are still supposedly being restored.
