it has more to do than just losing a few days of stuff it has to do with security and where my life is at what has more value in my life and the atmosphere of fa. its a bunch of stuff its just that this recent incident fa had didn't help though with me making a decision I've been on the fence for a while now.

Well, as optimistic as it is, people have been attempting to do that since FA's inception and nothing really comes of it. There's a massive gap between member and administrator. Sadly, despite we're the lifeblood, they're the ones with all the power. And they're really stubborn and would prefer to stay whatever course they're on instead of making things better for the consumers. Been like that for a long time, what with the multiple outages, the fact that the whole private message leak from a few years back, empty promises, bad management (See SilverEagle)...

...As much as I liked FA for getting me started and where I am...it's just so mismanaged. I'm not surprised people are flocking away. If you love something, you try to improve it. But if it refuses, and instead, you get a toxic relationship...not something many refuse to stay in.

Despite all the nonsense I came back as a way to show off the pictures of my adult self and clean pics of my kid self. I like the idea of getting to share my images with as broad of an audience as possible. I'll say that.

I never truly returned to this community per se, but I'm definitely willing to share the love with you guys. But like McDonalds...I can hate the management and still enjoy the food.

I'm only 1 year on FA and i feel myself really comfortable here. Yet, there are diffrent people here than on DA that will appreciate my art more. Nothing else was lost but a few watches and 1 picture.. phew.. will reupload soon and post newer stuff.

Thankfully, I lost nothing because the previous week was devoid of uploads due to a missing stylus. Except maybe watches, potentially. I'm not leaving, because that's what the guy who did this wants. It's playing directly into their hands.

This happens every time some twat ddos's FA. Servers go down for a while, people whine, there's a 'mass exodus' to inkbunny or some other site, within 2 weeks they're all back.

I ain't leaving either. Heck I'm considering starting comissions myself.
