It is paranoia hun. But this goes down to a psychological level for this problem. Not to worry your sane. it is a very normal feeling most of the countries population have felt this feeling at one point or another. Oh and I am here for ya bud.

Don't worry yourself too much hun, if ya ever need to talk, give me a ring, this fox will have an open ear, I am always happy to lend a paw. I can't say that I have that feeling so I unfortunately can't relate to that one, but either way it is always good to surround yourself with those who care. As long as you are not in my situation where you are always depressed your doing better than me.
