Does it still work over the new login setup?

I am unsure what you mean, But, the Importer has broken down a number of times, and Ive found a few jarring bugs... But its in Beta. FA is a full fledged site that just flat out tied its own noose when it never upgraded anything at all...

It worked for the most part until FA turned off the site last sunday. The importer is broken because I think FA used Catpha part of the login. I used to write bots as well.

Oh yeah, the Captcha really messes with bots and other automated programs didn't think of that when i saw it.

Maybe FA is hitting back at FN and making it so a move over is more hassle?... of course that isn't the main goal but rather a side effect. It at least stops bots from breaking through to an account with the compromised passwords and username list

FN's, I've recently discovered, has several deep flaws, but I wish you well on there. I'll be using Weasyl, myself.
