Earlier today I was playing Mario kart 8. I did the star cup and I didn't do so well the first time. mainly I got the bronze. so I decided to do the cup again and despite ALL the shells that was thrown at my ass, I got the gold. now here's the kicker, as the result screen is about to pop up to show me my gold cup when suddenly.........the power goes out through out the whole apartment. the look on my face was priceless. for a while I was freaking out, not only cause the power was out but mainly I was hoping that my game was saved. now I knew for a fact I paid my bill and after a phone call I found out the power outage was happening in town. minutes later the power came on and I darted to my Wii U and checked my save file and, thank god, my gold cup was saved.
