Warning about Invoice/Paypal

After a while of doing commissions I started to use the 'Invoice' method to receive Payment, which is much safer to use.
But! Apparently recently people have been talking about that this method is on default for shipping items.

Long story short, even if the Invoices are paid and shown as 'completed' they actually aren't. You still need to put the tracking info on the item you shipped, which in my case is none since I only do digital drawings, so you need to go to those options and put the correct info so the Invoice will be actually completed.
So if any of you that commissioned me before and all of the sudden receive some email from me on Paypal, it's just me putting the correct info on the Invoices and nothing more.

Depois de um tempo de fazer commissions comecei a usar o metodo de 'Invoice' pra receber pagamento, o q é mais seguro de usar.
Mas! Aparentemente pessoas recentemente começaram a falar que esse metodo em padrao é pra mandar items (fisicos).

Voce ainda tem q botar a info de acompanhamento do item que voce tem q mandar, o qual no meu caso é nenhum ja q so faço desenhos digitais, entao voce precisa ir nessas opçoes e colocar a info correta para q a Invoice seja realmente completada.
Entao se qualquer um de voces que fizeram commission comigo antes e receber do nada um email do Paypal, é so eu colocando a info correta nos Invoices e nada mais.

é assim que por exemplo os empregados de serviço fazem no US, marcam o pagamento como 'service'
No caso do Invoice (pelo q eu consigo ver) nao da pra mexer em nada na configuraçao quando vc manda pra alguem
Mas quando vc recebe o pagamento pela invoice no "in details" pode ver um botao de 'tracking info' e la q vc bota a informaçao do item q vc esta mandando (ou nao nesse caso)
dai tive q ir nas invoice um por um colocar essa opçao q o serviço ja foi feito e q nao foi preciso mandar um item.
It can be tricky, but invoices are still safe and secure, just gotta double check to make sure shipping related stuff is not present in the invoice.
It's that only NOW I learned about this XD
It even took me a small bit to figure it out. Still, hopefully this won't be a problem for you in the future! Would hate to have your account locked down because of something so stupid.
I mostly did this journal to warn other commissioner artists and people who commissioned me if they randomly get an email from Paypal xD
(changing the settings of the invoice automatically sends an email to the person who received the invoice)
