Vulpine Designs Unlimited is about to be a full time job for me. We're poised to raise seed capital and establish our lab. Please see

ONE MONTH WARNING:
I have been a member of FurAffinity for 8 years now. Throughout that time I have seen the site barely hold on, from strength to strength, despite being the most popular furry website it always seemed to have the most problems and controversy. Then IMVU took over and like many expected, it hasn't gotten any better. This is your fair warning that in spite of the potential for this website to provide additional breadth of platform for advertising Vulpine Designs Unlimited and my book, the problems it has been plagued by, combined with my desire to migrate to decentralised and peer to peer systems in the long term, have now superseded that concern. Whilst I do not yet host my own Mediagoblin or Diaspora* servers, I can at least reduce the exposure to corporate failures to protect my information by using sites like this one less and focussing my efforts where they are needed. It is therefore with fond memories and a heavy heart that I have decided that my FurAffinity account needs to be closed in a month or so.
I WILL STILL BE A FURRY. Leaving the fandom forever is not a possibility for me, as it is so much more than a fandom for me and those I care about. I will still be reachable through joindiaspora.com and GNUsocial (via quitter.is ) as well as for now at least, via Twitter, Google Plus and possibly via SoFurry, Weasyl or other such furry sites if I get the time to sort out accounts there. The most likely place for you to still find me if you can't otherwise get in touch is www.vulpinedesigns.co.uk (once we update it to include more contact info anyway) and IRC, via irc.furnet.org #biohacking port 6697
I still have my DeviantArt pages, but they are not long of this world either.

It's bang in the middle of town, with public transport links by road and rail to Bucharest very close by, and yet it's on a quiet leafy street that would not look out of place in a suburb.
