YES, we are still working on figuring out a Furbowl replacement! A lot has been going on in the lives of the people who run Furbowl, so it's been tough. Here is the rundown: AMF Price Lanes was bought out by another company. While the buyout brought some improvements to the bowling alley, it also eventually caused us a major problem: they filled the game room with arcade games, which basically crowds us out of the space we used for headless lounge, registration, artist alley, and just general hangout space. We could run the event without these amenities, but even that presents a problem - let's face it, most people who come to Furbowl don't bowl. There is nowhere to fit 100+ attendees who are not bowling!

Rest assured, we do still have other events going on, including dinner meets, movie meets, trampoline park meets and more! Don't see the kind of event you'd like to attend planned? Set something up and post about it on our forum or furvsp.com! Stuff doesn't happen without folks to plan it!

And if you're close to Maryland, we run a Furry Skating meet which takes place in a pretty big venue. We can definitely accommodate a ton of attendees and they don't necessarily have to skate. Its a great place to hang out! They love us there. :)

I'm definitely gonna miss the furbowls. They were the only fur meets I really felt like I couldn't miss. Anyway, thanks for running them! It was fun while it lasted. :)
