I just got home a few hours ago from surgery. Three "small" incisions and a drug-induced haze later, I'm in pain, I'm exhausted, and relatively hormonal.
Pictures of incisions and hospital bracelets upon request, in case anyone feels the need to ask for proof.
Now to rest for a few days...

They did, yes. Thank god for that. I'm slowly working back into the art thing today though I probably shouldn't be sitting up. @-@
