2. I'll give you the wip when I'm working on it, be patient.
3. Before pay, you can't change anything (but you can add) , So be really sure of what do you want.
4. You can't ask for refund after pay (I can only if I delay more than a month), So be really sure when commissioning me, because I may take a lot of time making your request and suddenly you have a problem and need the money, but sadly, I won't be able to make you a refund, because the money won't remain on Paypal, I transfer all the money once all commissions are paid to my local bank account, so once that happens, It'll be hard for me properly refund your money. (this only will be until I moved with my boyfriend, It'll be soon)
