So yea, unfortunately Anthrocon falls just outside of some block leave that I get to take from my course. I am not allowed to take leave while on course and the idea of traveling back the Sunday night to go to class Monday.... its not very tempting. So that means Anthrocon is a bust for me this year. I guess its ok since my funds are kinda hurting and not going to AC means I can build up a good chunk of money to plan out for MFF....

So yea MFF. My course finishes in September and I will be posted out to another base where I WILL be allowed to request leave. I'd just need permission from my superiors and boom I get to attend the con I really wish I didn't have to miss last year. That said its not set in stone if I can go or not, so with that information I'd like to put a feeler post out here to be looking for possible roommates. I'd likely drive down and if I end up where my current plans place me- I'd be looking to maybe get some fellow passengers from out West. Anywhere really along the path from Edmonton to Chicago.|

So yea, besides that a little update on my life.... I am flat broke for the next month and I miss the living hell out of everyone and really wish I could see so many of you!
