dunno what kind of glitch the system got when they reset everything, but it seems that it no longer associated my e-mail (which i use for EVERYTHING ) with my account meaning i had to get them to manually verify and double check that i'm actually me before they could admin my account and force it to recognize things so the stupid tool would actually work.......yeah, i've been irritated all week (and the heat up here this week hasn't helped that any......)

so long story short, i'm finally back, and may even manage some coloring this weekend....who knows?
