So, 
mpanther has been asking me random questions via notecard about my scarf. I challenged him to come up with a bunch about my tail! And, well, he did. o_O Enough to make this squirrel nearly laugh the tail off! I think his questions were more than funny, interesting, and bountiful enough to be posted to journal!
"You know, I definitely didn't expect you to come up with this many on the fly. XD I'm going to try and answer, just because I'm SO impressed!

Wow... how long does That take to dry in the morning? --I have to blow dry, otherwise there's no hope!
Ever get it caught in a door? --I've gotten through 3 doors so far without it getting caught!
Did it make you awkward as a teen when it got growth spurts? --It didn't get growth spurts. I had to grow into it! *blush*
Is that its natural color? --;) Totally natural.
wonder how many bottles of dye it would take to color it something anime? --That's why it's totally natural. X3 I'd estimate 84.
Is it really as soft as it looks? --Softer. Softer than your wildest dreams.
ever use it as a scarf on cold days? --I have a scarf!
does it shed? --My couch was white when I bought it.
what kind of vacuum do you have? --Not one that works very well, otherwise my couch wouldn't be orange now.
Does your mom or dad have a tail that awesome? --They're armadillos. It's definitely not genetic.
what happens when it gets wet? --I look like an armadillo. :(
can you walk with a wet tail or is it to heavy? --I can walk, because my leathery armor shell makes me strong! *makes a muscle*
can i touch it? --I love tail hugs. :3

How much does it weight? --Good question. o_O It's nearly all fur, so it's pretty light. I'm I'm super strong. one or the other.
do you triple in size when you get scared? BOO! -- AHH!!!! D: You made my tail poof even MORE!

do you use like a rudder when you are swimming? --No, but it helps me like a sail when I'm flying my red balloons.
does it make you walk sideways in strong wind? --It's like walking with a kite!
do you have any brothers or sisters? --I'm an only squirrel. :(
do they have tails that big? --They'd probably be armadillos.
are they single? --...I'd be a protective sibling. =_=

if you could change one thing about it, what would it be? --It's perfect just the way it is! Although for Halloween it's fun to spray-dye skunk stripes in it.
how do you sit in chairs? does it get in the way? --It's like a portable cushion. :3
do you have special chairs at home? --Stools do the job nicely.
do you sue it like a body pillow in bed? --The softest of body pillows. <3

anything bad ever happen to it? --Hmm... I was sitting at my computer watching a movie while my roomie was vacuuming the room. She wasn't watching, and didn't have any attachments on the vacuum, and she sucked up my tail right to my butt!
can you hang from trees with it? --I'm not a monkey!
are you part bat? --No, but if I was, I hope I'd sprout wings!
do you like bats? --I love bats!
can you imaging a bat with a tail like yours? --...*giggles at the thought*

what is your favorite animal tail, besides yours? --The kind of tail that Lumina has. A lion tail, I guess. But spotted.

ever use it as a silk scarf while dancing? --I have a perfectly fine striped one, thank you very much!
i bet you are the focus of the dance floor with that accessory? --I take up the whole dance floor!
do you get into clubs for free with that awesome tail? --You bet. :3
I bet that would look stellar flying out off the back of a motorcycle or scooter while you were riding.
ever ride a scooter or bike? --I have. And you're right. It's pretty rockin'.
does it get in your way while bicycling? --Naa, it's like a flag behind me.

a dark or light tip? --The tip is naturally lighter than the base of it.

ever send the extra fur to Locks of Love-for tails? --There is no extra fur!
is that what furbies are made out of? --Whats with me and giving away fur? ;_;

do you have to punish it? --No way! When it acts up, I just hug it to keep it still.
did you get teased in school about it? --When I was 3' tall, and it was 7' long...yeah. Just a bit.
were you popular? --Among the other kiddies who liked to sleep on my tail during nap time, yeah!

By the way, I'm also a big fan of scarves. I have a green one that I wear everywhere, and I would hate to lose. An underclassman made it after remembering that I had liked the batch she had made the year before. It was measured out exactly as I had asked, and is probably the best long-range scarf I've ever used in Scarf Wars. X3
It's pretty fun, though. Some people prefer short scarves 'cause it's easier to aim or defend, but long scarves have good range and you can get it to wrap around a person's head.
I think I'd be a long-scarf girl.

How much sculpey is necessary to mold your tail in a 6.5" tall sculpture, assuming an 80% armature volume? 1.5oz!
