Welcome! Everyone!
to our first ever weekly newsletter, Lots of things have been happening behind the scenes with Ribcage studios! and this is just one of the ways we are going to start bringing it to you and all the other loveliness out there we haven't yet to meet.
To Start us off
This section will be where we highlight upcoming projects, stand alone pieces, and works we’re looking for feedback on. Some of these projects are collaborative while others are more personal. So join us as we highlight!
Whisper
(A Short Comic by Caspian)
Set in the 1920s, this horror comic will be mostly done in a grey scale. It should be about 20 pages long and is a personal passion project to get my self back in the grove of a medium and story telling style that I have enjoyed for most of my artistic career.
Bunny Friends
(Day Planner Project by Naomi)
Bunny friends is a small personal project to design adorable, day planner inserts for all your planning needs. I have two rabbits at home that serve as a constant score of doodles and adorableness in my life; seems only nice to give that to other people. Currently only in the starting stages but I hope to be able to print these off at home to even use my self. Maybe we'll do other kinds of friends down the line.
I Don’t Like You
(A Children’s Book by Amber & Kaz)
A tale of a nearly feral kitty as he walks the rocky road to becoming a domestic cat… Who also just so happens to be the angriest little kitty. Based on Amber’s cat Vladimir and how he more or less became apart of their family.
Naomi is currently working on a lot of things, which includes her immigration's in to the U.S. and saving up for a printer. Her household is always busy with animals and family members.
Caspian is doing a great deal of writing, as well as line work and design for projects to help our artist collective run smoother. He’s also taking courses on CSS3 and HTML5 and constantly tittering over his cat.
Amber is constantly working on freelance commissions while relentlessly working on breaking into the freelance illustrator/children’s book industry. She somehow finds time to make some delicious dinners much to Caspian’s delight.
Amber and Caspian have two lovely and adorable cats. Vlad and Gairlage. Vlad is the summer sausage of sin! You could say he is quit sinsational. Gairlage he is; is very lucky he is pretty cause he isn't that bright, but we do love him anyways.
Naomi has two dogs, 1 cat and two rabbits....and they are all little shits.
( We hope to share cute images of all of them soon)
While we currently don't have any products for sales, we have many in the works. But this is where our lovely followers can come in an give us a helping hand. We are planning to have a lot of the artist basic's when it comes to a store. Prints, Commission, maybe even buttons down the line. But we'd love your input.
What kind of products would you love to see us do?
Also What Fandoms would you love to see fanart done by us?
