At work it likes to heat up to over 60 celcius according to its sensors. Then cpu throttles to below 800mhz and everything is laggy as fck!

I dont know. I have a button to kill them but i dont know how efficient that is
If you go in to phone settings and find the applications tab you can find all the running apps. It's possible to force stop apps in settings.
