I think just watching the new submissions, checking the forums, or looking through your favorite search terms and checking out the artists of pics you like might be a good start

yeah, i guess, but i wish there was a way to almost be able to post something like "ARTIST WANTED" so i could describe what i want and only artists interested in that would respond. but i guess looking myself isn't too bad, maybe i could find something that i didn't even know i wanted haha
