I feel totally disconnected from the fandom sometimes. I hadn't even heard of furry network before today. Feels like such a big part of my life, yet also like I'm just eavesdropping information out of places, lol.

Moved all of my stuff over to FN and Weasyl. SoFurry's slowly kicking the bucket, and IB's reputation won't be changing any time soon. There are other site, but... eh.

IB has a reputation? I don't get out much so I'm not exactly sure what that reputation is, but it seems like probably a "That's where the cub fans go" sort of thing?

Basically. While the site has a good community and a nice setup, it's the "laughing stock" of the furry art community, because it has been pinned as the "cub site." Despite, you know, most other sites allowing it, and having it posted throughout it, IB has that label.

It's a bad enough label that plenty of people actively avoid that site for either outrage at cub artwork, or fear of being persecuted for associating with a "site that promotes it."

Meh, I plan to start posting to all of them eventually. Honestly I've never entirely understood all the hubbub over cub stuff, so I don't think I care much about being associated with any of the sites. I mean we're furs....anyone in the non-furry world already frowns upon people for being on ANY of hte sites, so what do I care, lol.

I'm still here, and watching your stuff.
