I sent an e-mail to FA about the problems of my current account (Scotti-Biscotti) on the 23rd May and still no e-mail :/

I thought I'd give an update about this uwu

I'll wait a couple of weeks but if there's no e-mail then unfortunately I may need to make a new account.
