Meanie, Don't let me know
9 years ago
I think it's so discouraging that FA lets you know when someone removes you from their watch list and removes your art from their favorites. I mean, why let us know and then not even let us know who it was? It makes me sad. :c
Or maybe no one has ever unwatched or unfaved something of yours. (Lucky. XD) It's happened a couple times for me over the past year. I can only assume they didn't like my art enough or there was a misclick at some point and they removed me/ my art and FA lets me know that someone has done so, but not who. I just don't want to know at all. ;__;
I have a tendency to clear them once I deal with them (saying thanks for watching me, replying to comments, etc), so I don't notice if someone unwatches me or removes a fave, etc.
I wouldn't let it get to you either way hun. Whether it's because of a raffle you held that the rude ones unwatch you when they don't win, or whether they did just mis-click, you shouldn't let it bother you. Others will stick around. Those who don't aren't worth the time or effort to worry about them.
I'm like "who ? But why ? "
Lost almost all my faves and watches from our collab because of the outage. Didn't know who they were. They didn't come back. It's discouraging, especially given the effort I put in.
But I think FA does that in order to prevent creeps (and god knows the fandom is full of them) from harassing people asking why they removed a fave/watch. It must have happened before. Though I'm not sure about why they let you know their was a fave/watch in the first place...
At least they could add a feature allowing users to opt out of being notified of an unfav/unfollow.
But I just don't want to know at all, so I would totally have that option clicked of never knowing. Sometimes it's better to never know. XD
