Overflow Hotel Update!

Negotiations have finally come to a conclusion for overflow, and we are happy to report that we have officially secured a hotel to use as overflow for this year's convention.

Cambria Suites has agreed to provide a special rate for RMFC attendees for dates between Thursday, August 11 through Monday, August 15.
Cambria Suites is a mere 6 minute walk from the front door of the hotel to the doors of our convention center. If the walk is still too much, there will be periodic shuttle service between the two hotels.
We negotiated special rates rather than a block, so the rooms at this hotel are based on availability. If you intend to stay at this hotel, be sure to book ASAP so you don't miss an opportunity to snag one of these classy rooms.
