I use OBS, and so far I've been satisfied. I've heard good things about XSplit too, so I guess it doesn't really matter which one you end up using.

I use Picarto. It's a great service, easy to use and not too laggy or bloated. I use Open Broadcaster Studio for the Mac. It also has a nice feature where you can follow particular channels and receive email notifications when that channel has opened a Stream.

OBS works like a charm for me, even at HD settings.

OBS is the easiest one I've found so far to use with Picarto. I know sometimes setting it up can be a real pain, but after that, it's smooth sailin'~

I've used Picarto in the past. Pretty good setup, all things considered. I use OBS as well; even an idiot like me can figure it out!
