What you need to know if you buy or get an adopt from me.

Adoptable Terms of Service:
• Upon payment for any adoptables that I color/design you will automatically agree to all terms of service listed in this document and any terms and conditions of any bases I color. These terms of service can be changed at any time without notification.
• I hold the right to refuse sale to anyone.
• There is NO REFUNDS on any adoptables bought by me after payment has been made.
• Any and all adoptables may be resold at lower, equal, or higher value, with no requirement of additional art.
• Adopts can only be used for personal character use without previous approval from me. If commercial use is desired, contact to me would need to be made for approval.
• Any and all adoptables may be given away for free or in both art and adoptable trades.
• Any and all adoptables are allowed to be redrawn as both safe for work (SFW) and not safe for work (NSFW) unless species states otherwise.
• Any and all adoptables designed by me can be of any gender unless species states othewise.
• Any and all adoptables designed by me can have their names changed upon adoption.
• If in the event an adoptable is sold, given away, or traded, notification to me of who is the new owner is required.
• Art credit stating I colored/designed said adopt in addition to credit for what base was used (if applicable) must be posted when posting your adopt on any public website.
• In addition to my terms of service all terms of service from any bases and/or species used are required to be followed.
