I love my internet provider

Currently I´m feeling very annoyed. No internet, no telefone or anything else since last weekend. Actually it´s not possible to get help because "Other people also got problems" is one of many answers one will get.
Now I´ve tried to upload all the pics I had to finish from school but I can´t get access to my usb-stick because of "house rules" and missing admin rights to install new hardware and stuff.
Now this whole problem with the provider is not only at the place I live. It also concerns some other places in germany.
I couldn´t tell about this earlier because I wasn´t at a computer at school.
