The Best Part of Art

Why is it that the best poses are the ones most difficult to make? Like a straight-on view of a face is alright, but turning it slightly makes it so much better, and it's even more betterer when you turn it on more than one axis! Hands are hard to draw in the first place, but no matter how you make them their aesthetics go through the roof when the fingers are in at least semi-complex poses.
But then it's always so difficult to make them like that. WHY, CRUEL WORLD?!?

But in either case, if you can't draw them, THEN DRAW THEM ALWAYS!
You have to sort through a certain amount of horrible art before the good ones start popping up so it's best to get there quickly. But yes; much like micros, small things can cause big problems unless you treat them right.
You can't chisel it out of the paper like a sculptor; All you can do is give the illusion of these things.
That is why it is difficult. You have to make something on two dimensions seem deeper than it is.
