Yep, Slow speed internet issues, was getting near 6 mbps, then suddenly it dies to less then 1 on average, I start looking up about the company

Seems the company is becoming rather notorious for not doing well or being the best for their customers....and the problem is, as it says "Tends to deal with lesser supported areas" as well....yay >.<
and I quote from it, that I have seen myself right now..
" a very fragmented, compartmentalized company. Each department touches its own little piece of the bigger picture, and ONLY that piece. And no department really has a very good idea of what any other department does. So if you get someone who doesn't know your issue, it's a crapshoot if they have the slightest clue who DOES know about your issue, or how to get you over there. Add to that, the most customer/tech facing technical department (ACTUAL technical, not the Tier 1 monkeys) is full of people who have been stomped on by bad and corrupt management, unrealistic goals, unrealistic pressure, and (just this year) six months of daily mandatory OT, and you have a bunch of burnt out people who USED to care, but are now more concerned with not getting fired or bitched at, than really resolving your issue."
