I'm glad you enjoyed your kayaking trip. That place looks lovely and so calm. ^_^

I really enjoy the rare places like that with such clear water because you can see the fish swimming by and watch as your paddle dips in and down and slides gracefully out. It makes for very calming, good thoughts to sink back into during a stressful or busy day. :)
Aaah that's the place. ^^ Truly something to remember and to think of in times of stress.
I think I'd just look for a cozy place to sit and think, soaking up the quietness. ^^
Also I have another sweet addition to the Paw-Post. Stumbled upon this lovely piece about two days ago http://fav.me/da7fj9r ;3
And nice find! I like how you get a sort of peek-view at her nice sole. :) I'll have to try and remember to add that in for next week's. Also need to chase after some character highlights! Of late I've been having SO much trouble finding the time to not only do the posts but also try to get the highlights and interviews done. >_<
(also, a tiiiiiiiny little thing I would say was forgotten was the XD in my username lol, a small detail I know but something I had to poke about ;P for rest, it's just so damn awesome TC!)
And aaaaw D: Lots of stuff to fix huh? That's not so fun D: I'm sure you can do it though!
Yeah, the drawback of having little time this week to work at it meant doing the lionsshare of it last night, and then this Paw-Post had an unusually high number of picture links too, so that took even more time to hash out. Ah well - got it done in the end, just a lot later than I wanted to.
And aaaw D: Lots of work can suck a lot sometimes...
That's a nice surprise, thanks!
I really dig the music sample from this entry, too -- I've subscribed to that channel for more yummy music~
Thanks so much for featuring the paw-busts! I'm glad you like them! :D
I really enjoyed the sense of motion and scale in kclt's feature; you can really feel the impact that's been made, plus anticipate the one that's about to happen! Haha~
But my favorite this time around is Iggi's feature; crisp and beautifully sharp rendering, plus a really cool character concept -- I've never seen a cross-breed character of this type before! The design is just so cool! :'3
Great picks too! And yes, Iggi's lines are impeccably crisp and precise - even when you see some of her "sketches", it's like... wow... that is a pretty high quality sketch. XD
The Core is one of those ones I went and bought not long after you shared it with me the first time. ;) Such a cool tune with a really great driving feel to it. It's interesting for how it doesn't really feel all that complicated, there isn't a particularly complicated melody or anything, but it just WORKS really really well and conveys a really cool emotion.
Definite favourite from 3DiNoZ here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20317108/ I do love glass floor shots and looming views like that. ^^ And Jeez ECmajor's depiction of Judy https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20317108/ is a huge treat. <3
Ulitochka's https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20324911/ too because... well. Hardly need to say anything about this one. ^^
This one by Rukis too https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20357707/ mmmf, so beautiful. :)
And wow, what a fun feature! HellCat isn't someone I've really followed much before now, but the interview makes me want to start doing so. There will definitely be some investigation. ^^
Heh - yeah, you have the unfair advantage of my having shoved my music tastes at you a lot already outside of the Paw-Posts. XD Glad you're not at least sick of them.
As for your picks:
3DiNoZ: Yes... glass floors are always a fun vantage point, particularly if it shows how the pads squish in when baring weight.
EC-Major: Judy is amazing as-is, but Major's take is SO nice. I just adore everything he does. :)
Ulitochka: *laughs* Yeah um... not much has to be said on why this is great.
Rukis: The lace work alone was so amazing on this. The thing that shocked me was that she said this was a "risk" in that female art didn't sell as well at shows! I would have never guessed that; I thought male or female stuff sold pretty equally, I'd be curious to see how she did with it because wow, this is one of my favourite pieces by her.
Heh - I'm really enjoying HellCat's stuff since finding it! Very playful style, and definitely foot-centric. I know, I know... I keep giving you more people to watch - sorry!
Goodness no I don't see myself getting sick of your music tastes anytime soon! There are some I've liked more than others but by and large I find I share your tastes, and have dashed out to buy a fair few of the ones you've shared with me!
Very much agreed on all points, but yeah, especially what you said about Rukis' work. It's one of my favourites by her too I think, and that's a really high bar to begin with. She's been one of my favourite artists for quite some time.
Heh - good news on the music front! I just hope that I can keep providing good stuff. I find every year it gets harder and harder to find new songs that I like. And it's not for lack of trying! When I search sites like Beatpro, I will listen to, on average, over 500 songs, and usually only find 1 or 2 decent ones that actually took some thought and talent to make. With so many people able to create music today, we have more choices than ever before, but we also have a lot more garbage to sift through to find the few rare gems. :P
*nods* Rukis has long been a favourite of mine as well - would love to get her for a Paw-Post highlight but it has been very difficult to get a hold of her.
That's one thing I really enjoy about you sharing the music highlights, is that exposure to new music for me. I too don't tend to be grabbing much new stuff lately. Just tricky to find things that appeal, and hard to know where to find the sort of things I like really.
I can definitely get what you mean about Rukis... I very much get the sense that she has an awful lot going on in her life!
Well at least I can help out with the music stuff then in much the same way as good paw pics. XD
*nods* Rukis makes a living out of furry stuff, so yeah, it's a 24/7 thing for her, and I think involves some seriously long hours. As such, I certainly don't pry much about it.

Now, granted, he went on windy November days, but still, shows you how insane the lake can get when the right wind starts to kick it up.
And jeez, those photos are insane!
Go hide and take photos of it from a safe distance instead. ^^
