Had to Quit My Job

I had to quit my job. They were just absolutly horrible to me and I could not stand any more panic attacks or crying episodes. I had been screamed at cussed at too many times buy people the same level as me and higher and I dont get paid enough to deal with that shit. Being cursed and screamed at infront of customers and employees. No just no. I couldnt handle it any more. So now art and yarn tails are my only job while Im job hunting once again. This time I have a little saved up but I wont be buying my medicine so it lasts longer.
So all YCHS are open and will be done faster than they long time they have been taken. Which was both because of the new job and my depression after being dumped. I will be working on the two yarn tail commissions I have too. So yeah guys all commissions are open.

No i dont. One guy used to be like a 'delivery drivers manager' but he didnt do a single thing he just did deliveries like all delivery drivers. We got new owners the kicked him back down to a normal delivery job title. I was doing my chore which was washing the dishes. He asked if I was going to take the next delivery since i was my turn or take my break. Of course I saikd I would like to takethe delivery. A jimmy johns doesnt get a lot of business. That day during our two hour rush I only got 2 deliveries and both no tippers! He started screaming and cussing at me! I told him for him to take it then and I'll finish dishes and go on break. And he cussed at me more! And the manager let him scream and cuss at me because the manager there likes to 'let his employees hash it out' Here I am on the verge of crying and murdering someone and manager is just allowing it. I know he was just in a grumpy ass mood and taking it out on me. All because he was trying to quit smoking cold turky.

You should have made a complaint and if that failed gone over your managers head to his boss. I hope you find a better job as you seem too nice for all this crap.

jimmy johns just doesnt care. Another day the general manager had been screaming runnign around cursing and nearly getting in a fight during the rush with another employee

Me too man. But theres a good reason that before me apparently they couldnt keep drivers staying there. Well yeah telling us wed get so and so ammount of tips and then ends up we are lucky to get 2 deliveries a day since y have 6-8 drivers there during the 2 hour 'rush' if u can even call it that
