I was gonna do a 300 watcher raffle for the 1st time. I have 281 watchers right now, but I wanna get requests (art better than mine), and I have a few to spare!
So there would be 5 winners if 20 enter, 8 if 30 enter. 11 if 40 enter, and add 3 and 10 on over.
Send your refs if you are interested. I will explain detail if you guys are interested and get enough comments.

I don't know if anybody would want to enter anyway because it's me...
I'm still doing a trade with someone else so I'll be busy.
And the way to spread is through a journal. Making a journal (and/or submission) saying I'm have a 300 watcher raffle and stuff and link to this journal.
And check new journal!
