self confidence
i lack it so i would like some tips and tricks to help with it. i recently started exercising daily. i am looking into possibly a wardrobe change and maybe a new hair style. but i know self confidence is more then looks it is deeper so i'd like some advice on the matter is there anything that you do to make yourself feel worth wile? or some simple exercises that help that you might know of. i am open to all advice and ideas.

I've been trying to find the same thing. Personally (And I really should do this more lol) exercising like running, even walking for a while makes you feel better, lets say you aim to walk a mile or run for about 15 minutes and you do so and more you'll feel good!

What exactly do you mean by you lack self confidence? Is it that you don't do things because you aren't confident or you don't like how you look or something else?

i feel like i am not good enough that i am barley passing for a girl like i am just under normal attractiveness. that i am nothing special and that no one will even take a second look at me. i am also very shy and have a hard time talking to people i never get noticed and that makes things even harder on me.

Well, then the first thing I would ask is, do you like yourself and who you are? I ask cuz it's hard to see others be interested in you if you don't even like yourself.

OP
well i don't really know me. cause i have spent all my life pleasing others and being whatever they wanted me to be. for the last few years i have had no real direction in that manner and so i have lost who i pretended to be and i have no idea how to start gaining self confidence with no real self.

Well, then I guess the first thing to possibly do, at least like a starting point, is to see what you like and what you believe for sure.
