Airports are actually a good place to find this. However, it's gonna be skewed by the fact that some people will literally not have the time or mental capacity to deal with anything other than getting on their flight and out of there, and some people have all the time in the world and are pretty bored. If someone's a good person, idle, and bored? Time to be nice to a stranger. It's one of our best survival instincts.
