◎WAIT! BEFORE YOU COMMISSION◎
-Check my art, to see if my art style is something you like, My style changes slightly from piece to piece and i'm constantly working to improve!
-Anything I draw most likely will be uploaded onto FA, but it may not.
-I also upload to websites other then FA, such as tumblr and Inkbunny. Keep that in mind.
- You MUST be able to pay me within 48 hours after buying a YCH, if you fail to meet that time period, the YCH will be put back up for auction and you will get a first violation.
◎WHEN YOU COMMISSION◎
-PLEASE understand that it takes me a week to a week and a half to finish one YCH, due to the fact that the are carefully painted and detailed. Just remember that i don't spend all my time painting, I have a life outside being an artist. However, my art and working on art is very important to me and I tend to work on art every single day from 2-7 hours.
-I only accept payment through PAYPAL in USD
- I like to have as many references and possible for a character, if a ref is not in color i will charge an extra 5 dollars for color creation, if NO ref is provided and im working through written description I will charge an extra 15 and reserve the right that it may "not be what you pictured in your head"
- I DO send frequent WIPs, if you do not want to see a WIP (to maintain surprise) that is OKAY!
-Sometimes I stream process on a YCH
-DO NOT RETRACT BIDS on a ych.
-I do not tolerate bullying or harassment if you are outbidded or do not like something about my art or the characters in it.
◎AFTER COMMISSION◎
- You may re-upload the artwork in your own gallery with proper credit to me.
-You may upload it on third party sites with proper credit to me on FA or on that SIT. I do have a tumblr, weasyl, inkbunny, furry network, and instagram.
- I tend to save all copies of work on my computer, but i may delete them over time.
-I also may delete work, or scrap work from my gallery over time. Just keep a copy for yourself.
◎REFUNDS◎
-I really dont like refunds and you most likely will not receive one.
-IF THE SITIUATION IS DIRE, you will receive 30% back
◎FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS OF SERVICE WILL RESULT IN A VIOLATION. PROCESS AS FOLLOWS:
1st violation- Warning
2nd violation- 2 month ban from purchases
3rd violation- 6 month ban from purchases
4th violation- 1 year ban
5th- Lifetime ban
