Design
All designs must be approved before a final quote can be given and a down payment can be made. We have a form that must be filled out and a reference sheet must be given as well to ensure all details are known and can be made. You can also give artistic freedom to Hollow Creature Creations in which all design alterations and changes will be made and approved before construction of your suit. Any alterations made after the final quote is given will only be accepted after a fee is paid.
Payment
Upon approval you will be expected to pay a 30% non-refundable down payment of the given quote. At least half of the given quote price must be paid before work can begin. We only accept payroll at this time.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of any costume, they will be an additional charge. Shipping costs may vary depending on where you live.
Warranty and Repairs
With normal wear and tear throughout the year of obtaining your costume, Hollow Creature Creations offers free minor repairs to keep your suit looking the best it can. Major repairs will cost a fee. Shipping is required by the customer for packages delivered to Hollow Creature Creations.
Cancellations
The initial 30% down as stated before is not refundable, so making sure you are financially secure before commissioning is preferred. However part of what you have paid can be refunded, but if work has already begun on your suit it will affect how much can be refunded.
Sizing
Duct tape dummies are required for full suit commissions. Also, if you plan or think you're going to lose/gain any weight before your commission please wait to make your DTD until it is needed. It is important that the duct tape dummy is an accurate representation of your body, so when you get your suit it fits. DTD must be at least one thick layer of duck tape or two layers over old clothes or a painter’s onsie. Do not send me a duck tape made in any other method, I will not accept and I will send it back. Also please make sure your DTD is in one piece and not multiple. For all other commissions it is up to you to provide accurate sizes and measurements for your commission.

After materials are purchased and pre-production requirements have been met, Hollow Creature Creations will provide pictures to show how work is being completed. Please do not nag or pester for updates every day.
Completion and Deadlines
Completion dates cannot be predicted exactly, however I will try and provide a rough estimate of when your commission will be completed by. Please keep in mind delays may occur and you will be notified if they happen. If you have a specific deadline that deadline must be given before the commission is started in order to see if the commission can possibly be done by that deadline or not. If the commission needs to be rushed for an upcoming convention event you must let us know beforehand and a fee will be applied as well.
