The sticker bot is for adding your own stickers. You can also right-click stickers you see, and click add stickers to have them for your own use too.

Ah, yeah the only way I know to do that is right click on a sticker someone used, and click add stickers. That'll add the whole pack to your account.
Yes, I did that with the ones another friend has, was hoping to get some scaly ones though

I went to the play store and downloaded an app called telegram stickers by Morell apps. You can also search for telegram stickers and you will find a bunch.
