I have commission a person out of my country and I am having had time contacting them and getting updates. It is for a fursuit.
What do you recommend as reasonable to do and suggestions on what to do?
I have commission someone else as well, should I request refund via PayPal or start a claim.

Well, what is their timezone? That is always a good place to start. If they have a different clock than you do, you may have to "match theirs" to get timely updates when they are well...awake. X3
