So AC is always one of those conventions that we low-key decide on like...the weekend of because we're a 2 hour drive from Pittsburgh and my brother and his family live in the area. While we'd planned on and off to go, we ended up rushing out there Saturday afternoonish to hang out with a friend who was going through relationship troubles. My brother let us stay at his guest house (which was very convenient) and aside from the friend drama I can say that it was a pretty fun con.

My fiance was able to suit to their little heart's content and I was able to wear my Screamy kigurumi (made by Lemon Brat) so that was a plus. Most of our friends were also in attendance and for once we got to thoroughly explore the dealer's den. Saturday night's Masquerade was....uhh....entertaining XD but at least the atmosphere of the con late at night was pretty chill.

Mostly I just appreciated that the convention center was actually large enough to accommodate everyone (coughMFFcough) and that it gives us a chance to see everyone all in one place. I really appreciate my fellow dealers for sticking through the whole weekend and still managing to be as friendly and positive as always. We'll probably never deal at AC but it's a good excuse to get out there and actually attend a con as a regular person.
