This is basically me with my writing, but you just have to keep at it, it can be tough but don't stop drawing.

I don't know if you can say you're not inspiring anyone. I think it's great that you actually are using a real medium, when there's so much digital art out there. I would hope that would catch on with newer artists and the like...

It is very difficult to get people to look beyond the subject matter, that's just an unfortunate truth of people. Sadly I don't have much in the way of good news that can change that. Sometimes you do have to take pride that people appreciate what you do, even if they don't get into the nitty-gritty of it.

But I do get your frustration in the matter.

You're mistaken if you think you don't have followers who enjoy your work. But as for lack of response, it's just something you gotta work on. Draw for yourself and you will see responses either way. Enjoy your work, it's the best advice you'll get.

Oh and respond to your commenters. It's something you lack in. It can also turn people off from responding if you ignore them. Sometimes they'd like feedback from their responses. You don't have to answer everyone and everything, but make an effort.

That is something which has been on my mind for a while. Most of the problem is that I feel distant from people. I usually feel like I'm lalone in the problem which makes it hard for me to talk to some people individiaully, particularly if I don't talk to them on a regular basis. But it's something I'll try to improve on. Thank you.

You of all people have justifiable reason to be quiet. I appreciate you enough to comment on this journal and I'm thankful that you like my art so much. You already know how much I admire you as an artist. What I definitely don't say enough is just how much you've improved since I started watching you four years ago. I know how it feels to feel like you're not inspiring anybody. I used too be on someone's favorite artists list but once he removed me it killed me inside.

well I love your art the fact that you can draw traditionally with beautiful colors, everytime I do I dont feel as confident on paper/canvas as I would on digital art sometimes! And the fact people only notice you for the butts and such isnt too surprising to the fact that if you were to check your normal art compared to butt pics there would be favs. Its just how a majority of users on this site at times D: Ive posted some normal pieces and have gotten no responses to it and how Ive used a new coloring/shading technique. People usually only notice when its something they enjoy, I hope I'm not coming off as negative or anything <w>;

I see what you mean. Maybe it's just a matter of keeping on drawing pieces which appeal to me, with the hope that I attract like-minded people. I appreciate hearing your opinion, bud. I hope art, for you, is going well too.

I know that feel, because I've been there. When I upload my stuff, it gets unnoticed. I know for a fact that I feel like I'm being ignored, but I don't let it get to me.

You have magnificent art, and your style is pretty unique. And I say that because, to me, you're a fantastic artist. Never let anything get you down and stop you from drawing.

I admire your ability at art (if not always the subject matter itself, but the ability). I only have a small screen, so may have missed the switch in pencils. I'm not well versed in the different drawing utensils, themselves. ^^; But I know you have talent, and you do really nicely with it. :)

it's easier to memorize the general style and content trend than it is to memorize specific stroke styles(unless it's a radical enough change).
I don't have much to say,so sorry and please don't personally ^^; I do like it, it would probably just get annoying if I write "nice" on everything heh
