I'll miss you, but may I ask why? I understand that you weren't getting the appreciation you thought you would, but is that really a reason for you to leave?

I've driven too many people away now. I'm not good for this site. Never mind the art, I can't get along with people at all. I lost one of my best friends this morning because I drove them away, simply because they got a gift and I've been wanting a gift. Petty jealousy but ive lost so many friends, I shouldn't be on a site like this anymore.

Allow me to disagree with that. We all have moments of jealousy. me the first. And we all lose friends on the way who, who knows, may come back one day.

I couldn't lose this friend. They were one of my best, someone who listened and helped out and I threw it all right back at them. They were one of the only reasons I bothered staying on this site for so long.

I would lie if I said I wasn't in the same position once...

Well you say that everything you do is for other people. Other people wish to stay and see you around here, viewing your art and talking to you. Friends come and go for reasons we can and can't control, it just happens.
Maybes you should try living for yourself and for others, couldn't hurt to try.
