Hey everyone, I was finally able to recover the password for this account, but I had to create another one. 
arc_rose1 In the end, since it took some time to get my ticket answered, I started posting there. So I dont know if I should keep both accounts alive or if I should move to one or another. If anyone has an opinion about it I would gladfully read it.
