If police officers are going to stop doing their job, they should have started with bludgeoning Trump supporters. There will always be fuckos who can't see the whole picture, but let's eliminate the truly stupid first >w>

In Baton Rouge police were fighting an armed felon who was continuing to resist them and trying to go for his gun. They weren't able to control the perpetrator, hence why he was still not in handcuffs, and after the observed the gun and he refused to stop fighting for it they shot him. It was a justified shooting. In Minnesota things are a bit more tragic. I get that you Aussies don't deal with guns very often so I'll explain this. If you're carrying a gun lawfully and are stopped by officers you're to keep your hands far away from that weapon at all times. It's the carrying individual's responsibility to inform the officer of the weapon and cooperate as the officer removes you from the vehicle and disarms you before proceeding with anything else. Instead of doing what he was supposed to Castile simply told the officer he had a permit while shoving his hand to his hip, at which time the officer saw the weapon and apparently had ordered Castile to keep his hands away from the gun. The cop responded to what he reasonably interpreted as a threat to his life. The cop did everything he's supposed to do, unfortunately it's Castile who made a mistake and turned the encounter tragic.

These were justified, lawful uses of deadly force by police.

In light of recent events I feel it (unfortunately =w=) absolutely worth saying that there is no way at all that the murder of police is in any way, ever, the right thing to do. It's just a step back in so many ways.

On black profiling, it's a necessary evil to keep police presence in trouble neighborhoods to an acceptable level. Police obviously ought to focus their attentions where the trouble is higher and although racial profiling does occur it's stupid to think that it occurs without reason.

As far as BLM is concerned, I find myself disgusted at people who assume that these are the people who are responsible. As with cases of police violence/racism, the people who have shot and murdered police officers must surely be in the minority. I just hope that nut cases like this don't tear everything apart.

Agreed, but I have to of course point out that the vast majority of police uses of force, including the ones that get millions of angry youtube views, are completely justified. Excessive force incidents are exceedingly rare and most people who don't have any sort of special knowledge on the subject are quite clearly unable to differentiate between genuinely excessive force or a messy but lawful arrest.

If you were cool like Dallas cops, you would have robot bombs.



I often read the news from hundreds of local, state, national, and international sources of varying political affiliations and bias. There have been far too many unjustified murders done by law enforcement in these past few years(The number exposed to the public with actual recordings are most likely a MERE FRACTION of the actual corruption).


I think that a certain portion of a certain minority finally reached the breaking point. We are lucky that this was a fairly novice group of assassins. If they were pros, we would have thousands of dead cops.

This was a fatass who resisted arrest and managed to give himself a heart attack. Spoiler alert, headlocks don't cause cardiac arrest. Being a 350lb landwhale and overexerting yourself in a wrestling match with cops causes cardiac arrest. Cops didn't break any laws in this case.

There is the Michael Brown case however no video of his death exists.

Scumbag thug tried to punch out a cop while he sat in his patrol car after roughing up and robbing an old man. Cop exited car, scumbag ran at cop. It's a clean shooting.

Both the Freddy Grey and Michael Brown murders led to major riots.

This time we had assassins.

If the corruption continues it will only get worse.

If this continues cops will just start standing back and let the hood burn. A lot of departments are going through a recruiting crisis right now and attrition hasn't been this bad for decades. The people qualified enough to serve as officers can find other occupations. It's the general public who are the real losers in all this when they start calling 911 and can't get the help they need.

So people rioting means the cop is guilty? You're a real fan of Justice.
