Hey all. Lengthy post ahead but it's important.
So first of all I want to say that Anthrocon was fun although I was only able to go on saturday. I still had fun going and I got to introduce two friends to it as well. Not sure they enjoyed it in the same way I enjoyed it but one said he would go again.
But now onto the main reason why I am making this journal. I realize that I have not been all that active really lately. No journals or anything and I am sure those watching me kinda sorta forgot about me from said lack of activity. Well I am sorry for that and would like to get more involved in the community, I just don't know exactly how to do that.
Another thing that has come up is I just recently came out as a furry and part of the fandom so now it's much more widely known than before when I did all I could to hide it. It feels great to have done it but when the big moment happened a friend said he looked up my name and found things as a result. That scares me as I just came out and the idea of people looking me name up and seeing certain things makes me nervous.
So I came up with a couple of options: 1. I thought of going through an overhaul on everything. I am talking changing my alias, making a new SFW FA account under said name and going out as another of my characters as "the face" of who I am in the community as those have far less adult stuff posted so it's easy to take those down.
The other is just to change up the stegosaurus. Go by the same name but take down all the adult stuff of him on my page (others who have the images on their page is perfectly fine though) and make just it safe for anyone to view. But that would take a lot of time and I know there are those out there who like it up and I don't want to just up and purge the gallery when I can make a new account for the new change.
That's it for the major stuff. The other thing I wanted to say is that during Anthrocon even though I loved going there really isn't tons for me to do so I decided to start saving up for a suit. I just don't know of who yet (That goes along with if I stay as stego or change to my red panda/skunk hybrid_ and who I should talk to to order it from. So if anyone has a good idea on who I should talk to that'd be great.
So that's currently the state that I am in right now. I would love to hear opinions on the matter. Especially on how I can get more involved within the community so that my page isn't just here until the next image and nothing else ni between.

The ref sheet is the easy part, some artists have some regular folks they use so maybe check out their sites. :)
