Try dealing with a client in Las Vegas who has to relay information to New Zealand in order to reach Bahrain on time.

THAT is when you go crazy. ^_^

Or having to deal with two companies at once, one in Cali and the other in the UK, while being in the middle of the pacific yourself...

Oh well, at least I come away with it with a few neat looking chunks of coral and some pictures of the most awesome bird on the planet ^.^

Coral?

No need to. Wake Island is MADE of coral. The rocks you see laying around are chunks of old coral, and even the 'sand' is nothing more than coral that has been finely ground down over years of weathering. So, if you just look around, you can find some fairly neat pieces just laying around.

I have one weathered piece that managed to get itself worn and smoothed into the shape of a pistol grip, and I may try to have that turned into an actual pistol grip on a paintball gun, just for something unique. The other piece is more squarish in shape, but is split in such a way that the channels on one side can be seen clearly, with the pours cleanly visible on one end.
